About Kathy Kelley

CEO and Co-Founder of
Introspect International
Along with her business partner, Susan Alonzi, she manages a very successful training & consulting
company. Together, they have gotten their message to thousands of people.
Kathy is very passionate about the people side of business. She learned early in her career the importance
of building a team. When she was first promoted to
manager, she tried the "kick butt, take names" approach to people.
She says it worked for awhile; however, not over the long term. She decided there had to be a better way
to treat people while being accountable for results. Today, she believes that how we "show up" and interact
with others determines our success
or failure in life. She says "every interaction is an opportunity to influence -- whether at work or at
home."
Prior to co-founding Introspect, Kathy was President of a Denver-based
training & consulting company. During her corporate experience, she excelled in sales, sales management,
corporate marketing and training for Fortune 100 companies. Her education includes a B.A. in Political
Science from Mansfield University and a certificate from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of
Technology.
She says her real education has come from family, friends, clients, business experience and life. She
enjoys hiking, golfing, funny movies and spending time with friends and family. She has published articles
and received numerous awards, including selection in Oxford's Who's Who - The Elite Registry of Extraordinary
Professionals.
